Every listing on Littles is free and stays free. A provider can pay to be featured. Here is exactly what that does and doesn’t do.
what it buys
- a badge on the listing, so you can see it is sponsored
- a place at the top of explore for that category and town
- a line in the Saturday letter
- three at a time, never more
what it never does
- Ask Littles will never see it. The sponsorship flag is not sent to the assistant at all — that is written into the code and tested, so when the assistant arrives it cannot be influenced even by accident.
- It never reorders a list you sorted. Sort by closing soonest and you get closing soonest.
- It never changes a price, a date or an age range.
- It never gets a listing published that we couldn’t verify.
If you ever see a featured listing that isn’t marked, that’s a bug. Tell us and we’ll fix it.
